Removing Start Menu Shortcuts
Purpose of This Note

| Notes: N/A - not applicable to this version. "3.0 +" indicates version 3.0 and later. Since this note may apply to multiple versions and platforms, there may be some variation in exact configuration of menu commands and screen layouts from that shown in this note, but the same principles apply. |
Removing Start Menu Shortcuts
In all current Windows-based versions of DesignWorks and LogicWorks, all the actual program and data files are put in c:\Program Files\DesignWorks (or wherever you installed it), so deleting that folder removes all the files that DesignWorks/LogicWorks installs except for Start menu shortcuts. If you're running under Windows95/98, then you can trash the following directory to remove the shortcuts:
c:\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\DesignWorks
If you're running under Windows 2000 or NT, the paths will be a bit different:
c:\Windows\Profiles\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\DesignWorks
NOTES:
 |
In this example, the directory "Windows" is wherever your Windows system is installed. |
 |
The directory "DesignWorks" should be replaced by whichever version you are trying to remove, e.g. "DesignWorks 3.3.0", "LogicWorks 4", etc. |
