Collaboration between Capilano and Hydro Quebec has produced EMTPWorks.

EMTPWorks was created by combining a great graphical front end(DesignWorks) with a very sophisticated simulator(EMTP-RV).
EMTP-RV is a specialized simulator for the analysis of transients in power systems.
